Please note a charge from "River Bend Retreat" will appear on your credit card statement for any costs resulting from this site.

Motel Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be cancelled by 5 pm one day prior (24 hours) to scheduled arrival. A flat rate of $30 will be charged for guests that do not comply with the Motel's cancellation policy. Please note the "White House" falls under the Motel Cancellation Policy.

Retreat House Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be cancelled by 5 pm two weeks prior to scheduled arrival. A flat rate of $80 will be charged for guests that do not comply with the Retreat's cancellation policy.

Bungalow Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be cancelled by 5 pm one day prior (24 hours) to scheduled arrival. A flat rate of $30 will be charged for guests that do not comply with the Bungalow's cancellation policy.

• A reservation can be cancelled or changed online by the person that made it using their reservation number and the email address used when the reservation was made. Here it will be referred to as a "Self" Online transaction.

• In each case of late cancellation, "Self" Online or otherwise, the applicable late fee will be charged.

• A Reservation e-mail or reservation printout and valid identification must be be presented upon check in.
• All adjustments (Refunds or Charges) will be made on the same credit card used for the initial transaction.

• Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms.

• All Motel rooms are non-smoking.
